Karen Natario, EMBA
Karen Natario is proud to be a partner in and the President of Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network. Trained as a Speech Language Pathologist, Karen has worked in the healthcare and rehabilitation field for nearly 25 years. Having worked with a variety of professionals, she has had the opportunity to shape her skills and abilities to succeed in varied environments. She recognizes the importance of learning from those who know best and applying that knowledge in respectful and meaningful way. After years of managing outpatient rehabilitation and directing the start up of many sites and managing practices for a large corporate group, Karen found that her passion lay with working with professionals desiring independence and taking control of their destiny. Pinnacle was a natural fit for Karen as she loves working in an environment that encourages excellence and respect. Karen has put her experience and Executive MBA to productive use in the implementation of best practice standards for all aspects of the business including billing, compliance, operations, and financial performance.

Dan Fleury, PT, DPT
Dan is a partner with the Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network. Dan began his career with Pinnacle as a clinic partner in both the Manchester and Hampton New Hampshire markets. In 2007, Dan was asked to take on a new role becoming the Director of Development for the network. Dan assists current partners and clinics with all aspects of business development from start up to on going strategic planning. Dan also provides practice management and development support to PRN’s consultation and management contract partners. Dan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University. Dan is a member of the APTA and contributes to the Private Practice Section. Dan also serves as an editorial board member of the APTA's Private Practice Section IMPACT publication. Dan firmly believes in the profession of physical therapy and Pinnacle's ability to be innovative and collaborative with other delivery systems in this ever changing healthcare market. Dan feels that physical therapist will always play a vital role in the areas of health maintenance, prevention, and performance.

Stef Patrick, BS
Stefanie is a graduate of the Hesser College’s
Accounting Program. In the last years of her high school
career and throughout her college education she began
working as an office manager at Pinnacle Physical
Therapy, taking on the roles of scheduler, billing, and
collecting monies. During her education and experience,
she discovered that she enjoyed the details and success
she could achieve in the business that she moved up and
started to work at the office of Pinnacle Rehabilitation
Network. Here she has expanded herself as Financial
Manager and is responsible for billing and accounts
receivable management, staff training, and the financial
integrity and reporting requirements for PRN.

Veronique Dinan
Veronique Dinan began as an Office Manager at Excel
Physical Therapy, her warm personality helped patients
feel welcomed and comfortable during their treatment.
Her responsibilities included billing, scheduling and AR
management. Recently, Veronique moved up to the office
of PRN where she is now the ERA Coordinator. Her
responsibilities include downloading and posting
electronic remits for all PRN sites. She supports the
facilities with ongoing account AR issues and software
support.

Roxanne Clermont
Roxanne brings her humor and dedication to PRN and assists the regional office staff in many ways. These include receivable allocations, banking, and many other duties too numerous to name.

Kayla Forrest
Kayla is a current student of Northern Essex Community
College working on her Associates Degree in Business
with a focus of Accounting. She is an enthusiastic
individual who excels when it comes to problem solving
and numbers. Her responsibilities at PRN are allocating
ERA’s, end of month reconciliation, and numerous
administrative support functions.

Marcela Bloom
Marcela is a graduate of Seacoast Career School with
her certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. She is a
dedicated hardworking individual who joined PRN’s
billing team. Her responsibilities are billing, posting
insurance monies, and working AR management for multiple
facilities.
