Karen Natario, EMBA:
Karen Natario is proud to be a partner in and the President of Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network. Trained as a Speech Language Pathologist, Karen has worked in the healthcare and rehabilitation field for nearly 25 years. Having worked with a variety of professionals, she has had the opportunity to shape her skills and abilities to succeed in varied environments. She recognizes the importance of learning from those who know best and applying that knowledge in respectful and meaningful way. After years of managing outpatient rehabilitation and directing the start up of many sites and managing practices for a large corporate group, Karen found that her passion lay with working with professionals desiring independence and taking control of their destiny. Pinnacle was a natural fit for Karen as she loves working in an environment that encourages excellence and respect.
Karen has put her experience and Executive MBA to productive use in the implementation of best practice standards for all aspects of the business including billing, compliance, operations, and financial performance.

Dan Fleury, DPT:
Dan began his career with Pinnacle as a clinic partner in both the Manchester and Hampton New Hampshire markets. In 2007, Dan was asked to take on a new role becoming the Director of Development. Dan assists with current partners with all aspects of business development from start up to strategic planning. Dan also provides practice management and development support to PRN’s consultation and management contract partners.
Dan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University. Dan is a member of the APTA and contributes to the Private Practice Section. Dan firmly believes in the profession of physical therapy and its positive impact on the lives of people. Dan feels the role of the physical therapist will play a primary role in the areas of health maintenance, prevention, and performance. |

Stef Caputo:
Stef is a graduate of the Hesser College’s Accounting Program and began working as a front desk coordinator and scheduler in the last years of her high school career and through out her college education. Through her education and experience, she discovered that she enjoyed the details and success she could achieve in the business office of PRN. She has expanded her areas of responsibility for billing and accounts receivable management, staff training, and the financial integrity and reporting requirements for PRN.

Connie Perry, CPC:
Connie is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and active in her local chapter located in Hampton, NH. Connie is responsible for best practice establishment and A/R Management, Credentialing, and Medicare Compliance.

Patricia Grinnell:
Pat joined PRN with a wealth of experience in office and billing management in outpatient physical therapy services. She is responsible for billing and accounts receivable management for several facilities in the PRN Network.

Roxanne Clermont:
Roxanne brings her humor and dedication to PRN and assists the regional office staff in many ways. These include receivable allocations, banking, and many other duties too numerous to name. |
